A big thank you to everyone who came to the D’Oyly Carte Island Summer Concerts 2026. The performers, the sound engineers, the food and drinks partners and the most important of all, our guests.
Every concert was sold out, and it was our best performer lineup since we started with 5-star guest feedback for every concert.
We look forward to welcoming you all back in 2027

D'Oyly Carte Island was the weekend retreat where the celebrities of the time who came for lavish parties attended by the likes on Oscar Wild, Lady Jeanette (‘Jennie”) Churchill (mother of Winston), JM Barrie (Peter Fan fame), Sir Arthur Sullivan and Sir William Gilbert (Gilbert & Sullivan) to be entertained and to entertain.

We preserve the heritage of the island by having a day of Gilbert & Sullivan music on Friday 3rd July followed by two family days on Saturday and Sunday. The family days include four different contemporary music performances from the very best local talent. You can play games for free to win prizes. Games that include a Coconut Shy, Splat the Rat, Ball in Bucket, Football in a Hole and Roller Ball…..or maybe get your face painted!
With exquisite food and drink on offer why not bring the family and come and wander around this iconic island and immerse yourself in its rich heritage of music, culture and entertainment.
