Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations more than 30 days before the date may be refunded, less any non-refundable deposit or fee, cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable except at our discretion.

We may cancel or postpone an event due to circumstances beyond our control (including weather or river conditions), in which case you'll be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

Outdoor events proceeding despite weather are not eligible for refund.

5. Access to the Island
D'Oyly Carte Island is accessible by boat or via footbridge. Visitors and attendees are responsible for their own safety and must follow any instructions given by our staff on-site.
6. Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
7. Ticketing & Third-Party Services
Tickets for our Summer Concerts are sold via TicketSource, an independent ticketing provider. Your purchase is subject to TicketSource's own terms, payment processing, and refund handling in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for technical issues, payment errors, or data handling on TicketSource's platform, but remain responsible for the event itself and for cancellations/refunds.
