The Beginning of a New Season. D'Oyly Carte Island continues its 130-year music heritage by launching the Summer Soirees, the first stage in the development of a season of Classical Music and Opera, alongside the hugely successful Summer Concerts.

The Soirees preserve the island founder's innovation of creating musical experiences for all tastes of music. Richard D'Oyly Carte, owner of the Savoy Theatre, Savoy Hotel, Claridge's, the Connaught and Simpsons Restaurant, also built the Royal Opera House.

The Raj Tent Experience. Relax in a private Raj Tent at the beautifully restored Eyot House, with attentive table service, exceptional food and drink, and outstanding live performances shared with friends and like-minded guests.

The Island Feast. Large sirloins of beef cooked over an open hearth in the island garden, in view of guests before service. Attendance is limited to just 120 guests.
